Your reservation fee holds the plot of your choice whilst we initiate the Part Exchange procedure.

We will instruct two local Estate Agents to value your property and will then make a part exchange offer for your property based on the agent's advice.

If you accept the offer, we will instruct solicitors and exchange of contracts will be targeted for 4 weeks from the date of that instruction.

Completion of your purchase and move in will be within 14 days of exchange of contracts.
