This new housing development on the site of the former GEC Alstom, Sports and Social Club.

Our order included the demolition of existing structures with asbestos removal.

Construction of approx 3000m2 of new roads, with new storm and foul drainage incorporating various sizes of pipe upto 750mm and culvert units, the installation of new rising main connecting into existing system off site.

Construction of new pump station at depth of 6.5m, in an area of challenging ground conditions with a high water table, utilising specialist well pointing and ring main pumping systems.
