This project is on the site of a grade II listed Railway Station and is part of a large scale regeneration project which will provide a mixed use scheme comprising retail, leisure and residential.

Our works included remediation of the site with foundations, floors, drainage, services and external works.

The finished project will provide 196 residential apartments with associated amenities and car parking.
