The previous industrial use of this site provided challenges in both remediation and foundation solutions.

Our works included the removal of petrochemical tanks, hot spots, existing foundations and the installation of a capping layer to the whole site. The installation of roads, foundations, drainage, services and external works followed.

Drainage outfall works included both tunnelling and directional drilling solutions.

When complete the project will provide 112 residential units.
