This development forms part of the regeneration of Wolverhampton's low-level railway station the centrepiece being a section of an original blue brick wall. 196 residential apartments forming part of a larger mixed use development comprising of retail, hotel and leisure outlets.

Our works included the enabling works inclusive of lime stabilisation, reinforced concrete ground beams & columns, brick & block work to dpc, beam & block floor construction and insulation / floor screed, lift pits sheer walls & columns above dpc and tanking, drainage and external works.

There are also a number of car park areas together with construction of associated reinforced concrete retaining walls.
